Knowledge
The brand knowledge base that grounds every AI output.
Knowledge is the context every AI output in Tuurbo is based on. Two projects with identical settings but different Knowledge bases produce very different copy.
What to add
- Brand — who you are, positioning, value proposition, target audience.
- Tone of voice — formal or informal, person, words to prefer, words and claims to avoid.
- Products — taxonomy, materials, sizing, technical vocabulary.
- Commercial policies — shipping, returns, warranty, payment methods.
- Reference content — pages or documents that already sound the way you want.
Step-by-step
- Open Knowledge for the website.
- Upload documents (brand book, product sheets, FAQ exports) or paste text directly.
- Add a short tone of voice entry — this is the single highest-impact item.
- Add a "never say" list: unverifiable claims, competitor names, regulated wording.
- Save. New generations pick it up immediately; existing content is not rewritten retroactively.
- Re-generate a small sample and compare with the previous output to confirm the improvement.
How it is used
- The AI Consultant reads it before planning.
- Automations use it when writing titles, descriptions and alt text.
- eCommerce bulk jobs use it for product copy and image prompts.
Maintenance
Review Knowledge whenever your positioning, catalogue vocabulary or legal constraints change. It is the cheapest way to raise the quality of everything the platform writes.
