Getting started

Do I need a developer? No for the standard setup: platform connectors and one-click script install cover most cases. A developer helps for custom sites, DNS changes and theme-level accessibility fixes.

How long before I see results? Technical and content fixes are applied within hours. Search Console usually shows movement in impressions and average position within 2–6 weeks. AI referral traffic moves more slowly.

Can I try it for free? Yes — the Free plan includes 20 credits per month. Add-ons are not available on it.

Credits and billing

What does one credit buy? 1 chat message, 1 meta field, 1 page audit or 1 product attribute fill. Product descriptions and AI images cost 5 each.

Do credits roll over? No. They reset at each renewal.

Are prices VAT included? No, all prices are VAT excluded.

Is the annual discount 25%? Yes, applied to the whole plan.

Using the platform

Will AI overwrite content I wrote myself? Only if you configure it to. Use the if missing or if shorter than N trigger conditions to protect existing values.

Can I undo a change? Yes. Tuurbo stores the original value of every field it rewrites and lets you restore it.

Can I review content before it goes live? Yes — bulk jobs produce results you review and publish explicitly.

Does it work in multiple languages? Yes. Set the language per website and per generation preset.

Can I use it for several websites? Yes, as many as you want in a workspace; they share the credit balance.

Data and AI

Where does the AI get brand information from? From your Knowledge base, your existing content and your connected data.

Is my catalogue data used to train models? No. Your content is used to serve your own optimizations.
