How credits work

Credits are the single currency for every AI operation in Tuurbo. One balance per workspace, shared by all your websites.

Price list

Crawling, dashboards, connectors, reports and rollbacks do not consume credits.

How consumption works, step by step

1. You launch an operation (or approve a step in an action plan).
2. Tuurbo estimates the cost and shows it before execution.
3. Credits are reserved for the job.
4. Each unit is charged as it completes.
5. Failed units are not charged — if a job stops halfway, you only pay for what was produced.

Monthly reset

Credits are allocated per billing period and reset at renewal. They do not accumulate from month to month, so plan large catalogue jobs inside the period.

Estimating a job before you run it

• 500 products with description + image: 500 × (5 + 5) = 5,000 credits.
• 500 products, description only: 2,500 credits.
• 2,000 pages audited: 2,000 credits.
• 200 chat messages: 200 credits.

Running out of credits

When the balance is not enough, the operation is blocked before starting and you are offered a top-up or an upgrade. Automations pause rather than partially applying changes.

Reducing consumption

• Skip products that already have images.
• Filter by "missing" instead of regenerating everything.
• Use trigger conditions like if missing so automations do not rewrite good values.
• Audit sample sets of pages rather than the entire site every week.
