Quickstart
From signup to your first live optimization, step by step.
This page takes you from an empty account to your first live optimization. Expect 15–20 minutes, most of it waiting for the first crawl.
Step 1 — Create your account
- Sign up with email or Google.
- Complete your personal profile (name, role).
- Pick your main goal: organic growth, eCommerce content, speed or accessibility. Tuurbo uses this to pre-select the automations that matter for you.
- Add your company details — they are reused for billing and for the tone of AI-generated content.
Step 2 — Create a workspace
A workspace is the container for your websites, members and billing.
- Create a new workspace, or accept an invitation to join an existing one.
- Name it after your company or client.
- Invite your team — workspaces support unlimited users, so there is no reason to share logins.
Everything you do later (credits, sites, reports) belongs to the workspace you are currently in. The switcher is in the top-left of the app.
Step 3 — Add your website
The new site wizard has 7 steps:
- Brand — name, domain, language and brand basics.
- CMS / platform — connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, VTEX, OpenCart, Wix, WordPress or choose "custom site".
- Optimizations — switch on the automations you want from day one.
- Knowledge — upload brand documents, tone of voice, product information.
- Plan — choose your credit plan (skipped if the workspace already has an active subscription).
- Billing — billing details and payment method.
- Install — one-click script injection on supported platforms, or a manual snippet in
<head>, followed by an automatic verification check.
If verification fails, the wizard tells you what it saw. The usual causes are aggressive page caching or the snippet added to a template that is not used by the homepage.
Step 4 — Connect Google
Authorize Search Console and GA4 for the same property. Without them the dashboard still works, but it can only show Tuurbo's own crawl and change data — not clicks, impressions or sessions.
Step 5 — Run your first audit
- Open the website you created.
- Launch the audit from the Dashboard or the SEO page.
- Wait for the crawl to finish — a few minutes for small sites, longer for large catalogues.
- Read the scores: performance, SEO, GEO/AEO, product content, accessibility.
Each score expands into a list of issues with the affected URLs, so you always know what the number is made of.
Step 6 — Talk to your AI Consultant
Open AI Chat and describe your goal in plain language, for example "we want more organic traffic on our winter collection". The Consultant reads the audit and returns an action plan: ordered steps, expected impact, credit cost.
Step 7 — Approve the first steps
- Start with the quick wins the plan marks as ready to apply — they usually cost very few credits.
- Approve them; the Consultant executes and reports back.
- Switch on the recurring automations so the same problem does not come back next month.
Step 8 — Check the effect
Come back to the Dashboard after a few days. You should see the changes counter grow and, over 2–6 weeks, movement in impressions and average position. AI referral traffic is usually the slowest metric to move.
Run the first audit before connecting your store: the crawl takes a few minutes and you can set up connectors while it runs.
