SEO & GEO/AEO
On-page optimization for Google and for AI answer engines (GEO/AEO).
This component covers classic search (SEO) and answer engines (GEO/AEO: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews, Claude). Same content, two different consumers.
1. Run an audit
- Open SEO & GEO/AEO and launch the audit.
- Tuurbo crawls your pages and evaluates: titles, meta descriptions, headings, canonical tags, indexability, internal links, structured data, image alt text, content depth.
- Each issue lists the affected URLs so you can judge scale before acting.
2. Read the scores
- SEO score — technical and on-page fundamentals.
- GEO/AEO score — how easy your content is for an answer engine to quote: clear answers, structured data, entity clarity, factual density.
Both scores are made of issues, not opinions — open them to see the underlying list.
3. Fix in the right order
- Indexability problems (a page that cannot be indexed cannot rank).
- Missing or duplicated titles and meta descriptions.
- Heading structure and content gaps.
- Structured data for products, articles, FAQs and organization.
- Internal linking and anchor text.
4. Keywords
The keywords view shows your queries with impressions, clicks, CTR and average position. Use it to:
- find pages ranking in positions 8–20 (the cheapest wins);
- spot queries with high impressions and low CTR — a title/description problem;
- group queries by intent before writing new content.
5. Generations
Everything AI wrote for this website is listed in the Generations tab: the field, the URL, the old value, the new one and the date. You can review, edit or roll a value back.
6. Make it continuous
An audit is a snapshot. Switch on the matching automations so new pages are optimized as soon as they appear, and re-audit monthly to confirm the score is holding.
GEO/AEO specifics
- Answer questions explicitly and early on the page.
- Keep facts (prices, specs, availability) machine-readable through structured data.
- Be consistent about entity names across pages.
- Track results in the AI visibility card on the Dashboard — attribution is partial by nature, so read trends.
