Workspaces & team
Organize websites, invite members and manage access.
A workspace is the container for your websites, members, credits and billing. Agencies typically use one workspace per client; brands use one for everything.
What lives in a workspace
- All websites (projects) and their connectors, automations and knowledge.
- The shared credit balance.
- Billing details, payment method and invoices.
- Members and their roles.
Step-by-step: setting up a team
- Open the workspace switcher in the top-left and select Workspace settings.
- Set the workspace name and company details.
- Open Members and invite people by email — users are unlimited on every paid plan.
- Assign a role to each member.
- Confirm each invitation is accepted; pending invitations can be resent or revoked.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace |
| Admin | Manage websites, connectors, members; launch any operation |
| Member | Work on websites and launch operations |
| Viewer | Read dashboards and reports only |
Switching workspaces
The switcher changes the whole context: dashboard, credits, websites. If data looks missing, first check which workspace you are in.
Multiple workspaces
Create a new workspace when billing, ownership or client separation requires it. Credits are not shared between workspaces, so consolidate where you can to benefit from volume discounts.
Leaving or removing a member
Removing a member revokes access immediately but keeps everything they produced. Website ownership always stays with the workspace, never with an individual.
